The Circle Crazy S Ranch had a great Christmas day with friends and LOTS of delicious food! We want to wish everyone a joyous Christmas season and a very Happy New Year!

The Circle Crazy S is decking the halls for Christmas!

Fall is in the air, the leaves are covering the ground, and soon it will be looking a lot like Christmas. We are down to 2 horses and 2 cows (Mama Bear & Papa Bear). Mama Bear is looking a little pregnant. We shall see. Papa is getting very friendly. I swear his tongue is 3 feet long!!

Well the crazy cow is gone. We hired a cowboy to rope her and put her in the trailer. It gives us a lot of satisfaction when the professional cowboy called her crazy. She charged his horse which he says is unusual.

Bye Bye Animals

Well our ranch was reduce by 3 yesterday. Tippy, Hotshot, & Slimer made the trip to the sale barn in Gainesville. Our cow that rejected Slimer was suppose to make the trip too, but she is a wild thing! Couldn't get her in the shoot and she busted through a gate. We will have to try again. She better watch it though because Ray would just as soon shoot her as to sell her. He & she had a run-in several months ago and Ray is just now healing up.

We keep growing!

Three weeks ago a new calf was born at the Circle Crazy S ranch. We have since named him Hotshot. He love to run and jump just as if some one has hit him with a hotshot.

Well we grew some more this week. On Sunday, March 21st another calf was born to a first time heifer. She has rejected him and so has Hotshot's mother. We have started bottle feeding him and named him Slimer. He is the messiest, slimiest eater around -- hence the name.

New Addition to Circle Crazy S Ranch

Today our momma cow dropped a new calf. She is a good mother and we have no doubt that this latest addition will grow up big and strong.

Snowy February

February zoomed by and left snow everywhere. What a beautiful sight! It is hard to believe we live in Texas. We had around 8 inches!!! Here are some pictures of God's winter wonderland:

Our First Geocaching Event

We hosted our very first Geocaching event. Forty-three people attended and had a GREAT meal at Moms On Main in Aubrey Texas. We met new cachers and caught up with some old friends too. So glad we did this. Thanks to all that came and also to everyone who donated for the door prizes.

Our Son the Star!

Chris and his classmates participated in the UIL One-Act Play. Chris ran the sound board for the play this time instead of acting in it. They received 1st place, best actor, several all-star acting awards. Chris receive the award for Outstanding Tech Crew! We are so proud of them all!
